CREATE YOUR AI TWIN IN JUST ONE DAY is a high-impact, hands-on doing day where you’ll design your AI twin, capture magnetic content, and set up a system that makes visibility easy, sustainable, and authentic.

You’ll join one of two small, focused cohorts (20 women max per group), each moving through the same powerful experience. Choose from: 

• Collective "A": 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

30 minutes (Collective A: 8:00am / Collective One:  9:30am)

Ease into your day with quality coffee and treats from Orange Blossom Coffee, conversation, and the beautiful atmosphere of Tierney Lane. You’ll meet your fellow participants and get grounded in the creative, collaborative energy of the space. This is a room full of women ready to do bold work—and you’re one of them.

🎙️ Session 1: The Art of Twinning Yourself

75 minutes (8:30 / 10:00am)

Create an AI engine that sounds like you, looks like you, and shapes your voice faster. 

This opening session sets the foundation for your AI-powered visibility. You’ll learn how to:

• Craft a consistent, confident writing voice that AI can easily reproduce

• Choose the right tone and message for your visual and video presence

• Decide how your AI twin should show up in alignment with your brand and values

• Understand the ethical and strategic positioning of your digital double using Leaders Uplifted's LIFT framework
  
  

🎬 Filming Block: Capture the Magic

90 minutes (9:45 / 11:15am)

Time to get comfortable on camera. In small supportive pods of 3–4 participants, you’ll rotate through filming sessions across curated spaces throughout Tierney Lane, using just your personality, your phone, and AI support. You’ll leave this block with:

• 15+ minutes of content filmed in your true voice and presence

• Footage ready for AI avatar training, social content, or evergreen video use

• The confidence of seeing yourself show up powerfully—and the tools and know-how to capture it... and do something with it!
  
  

🍽️ Goals + Lunch On Your Own—But Not Alone 

1 hour, 45 minutes (11:15 am / 12:45pm)

We’ve made reservations at nearby restaurants so you can enjoy lunch in small groups within your cohort. You'll keep the conversations going, share ideas, and collaborate with new friends over a meal, plus talk through your goals and strategy for the afternoon. You’ll return recharged and inspired for the next phase.

📱 Session 2: Multiply Your Message

75 minutes (1:00 / 2:30pm)

One message. Many platforms. More ease. 

Now that your content is captured, we’ll show you how to scale it without losing yourself. In this session, you’ll:

• Learn how to chop up your core content into social-ready pieces

• Use AI tools to repurpose video, voice, and text consistently

• Build a sustainable system that lets your message show up—without you being stuck behind a screen
  
  

🎨 Creative Block: Writing + Final Filming

60 minutes (2:30 / 4:00pm)

This is your chance to:

• Refine your written content

• Record bonus video clips

• Develop your personal prompts for AI writing

• Ask questions, test tools, and collaborate with others in a studio-style environment

•  You’ll have the space and support to bring your twin—and your message—fully to life.
  
  

💬 Closing Circle & Departures

30 minutes (3:30 / 5:00pm)

We’ll close the day with a connected goal review circle in your small groups to reflect on what you created, how you showed up, and how you’re walking out into the world next—with your AI twin by your side.
